Ronnie Miranda

Ronnie works with institutional owners (REIT's, Funds, TIC's, and Syndicates) in corporate real estate. He is a real estate asset manager buying, selling, leasing and representing an office and retail portfolio on behalf of over 500 accredited investors. His current portfolio exceeds 6MM square feet with an acquisition value of over $750MM. He is a CCIM and member of SIOR and serves on multiple boards and committees. His professional memberships include ICSC, IREM, BOMA, TAR, HAR and other key industry groups.

Prior to his current assignment, Ronnie has worked in nearly all facets of the commercial real estate life cycle. "From time spent in land acquisitions and development to leasing and management and ultimately brokerage and dispositions, I have gained a great deal of perspective and experience that will serve well on the HAR Board of Directors."

He is a passionate believer in life long personal and professional development and believes there is room for even more diversity in commercial real estate and enjoys networking, training, and mentoring with his peers. He is bilingual (fluent in Spanish) and lives in Houston's Westchase area. He and his wife two young boys (ages 2 and 4), two pet dobermans, and numerous aquariums of exotic fish . His hobbies include fishing, golf, hunting, reading, writing, and the occasional cigar and card game.
